How to use it

- Add tonight’s pickups and drop-offs, so the sitter knows who is going where and when.
- Press Print. Your browser can also save it as a PDF. Leave the fields empty to print a blank sheet.
This sheet lives on your fridge, so keep anything a stranger shouldn’t see, such as an alarm code, off it and tell the sitter in person.

What should a babysitter information sheet include?
Both parents’ names and mobile numbers, where you’ll be and when you’ll be back, your home address, a second emergency contact, the children’s doctor, the nearest hospital and the poison control number, and for each child their age, any allergies or medication, bedtime and routine. Add who is picking up or dropping off that day, and where.
Is this sheet really free, and do I have to sign up?
Yes, and no. There’s no account, no email gate and nothing is uploaded. The sheet is filled in and printed by your own browser.
Can I print a blank babysitter information sheet?
Yes. Leave the fields empty and press Print. Every empty field prints as a line to write on.
Does Kid Pickup store what I type here?
No. The page runs in your browser and sends nothing to us. Close the tab and it’s gone. In the Kid Pickup app, emergency contacts are visible to everyone you invite, so whoever is at the gate has them.
