| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Family | $5.99 a month | $59.99 a year | Up to 2 children; You and 1 other parent or guardian; 3 helpers, like grandparents or a sitter; No AI assistant |

Prices are in US dollars. In Canada they're the same figures in Canadian dollars. In the other countries where Kid Pickup is sold, the App Store shows the price in your own currency. Apple shows any tax before you confirm, and in some countries the price includes it. Paying yearly costs less than twelve months.
Every plan also includes:
New subscribers get two weeks free with Apple's free trial of the plan they choose. Apple decides who can have it, for each Apple ID; if yours has had a Kid Pickup trial before, the app shows the plain price instead. Apple asks for a payment method when the trial starts. When the two weeks end, Apple charges the plan's price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Before the trial ends, we tell you the date it ends and what it will cost.
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the plan's price at that time, until you cancel. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current month or year ends. On a yearly plan, we email you before each renewal, 30 to 60 days ahead and again closer to the date, with the date, the price and how to cancel. On a monthly plan, we remind you once a year.
Cancel any time, with no fee and no minimum term:
You keep your plan until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Your family's information stays if you don't renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in the app under Settings, then Subscription, then Request a refund, in versions of the app that have it. Apple decides.
On a monthly plan, after you cancel you keep your plan to the end of the month you've paid for. On a yearly plan, after you cancel you keep it to the end of the year you've paid for. Any refund is Apple's to give.
If you ask Apple for a refund, we may tell Apple how much of the subscription you've used, so Apple can decide. Apple needs your consent for this, which you give in our Terms.
Nothing here takes away rights your province, state or country gives you as a consumer.
We may change a plan's price, what it includes and its limits, or the length of a look-around, and never your cancellation or refund terms for the worse. We'll tell you 30 to 60 days before a change applies to your subscription, with the current and new wording, and you can cancel before then without any charge.
These details are part of our Terms of Service, section 7, which also covers the look-around some families have instead of, or as well as, Apple's trial. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
