Every practice on one calendar. A name on every ride.
The team app says when practice is. Kid Pickup says who’s driving.

Practice at 5:30 on Tuesday, a game across town on Saturday, swim on Thursday for the other one. The times are in three team apps and a coach’s email. Who’s driving is written down nowhere.
A team app tells the whole team where to be. Your family still has to decide which grown-up takes which kid, and notice when nobody has.
Add the season once
Make Tuesday practice repeat. Whoever’s driving can say yes to every Tuesday in one tap.
Drop-off and pickup by two people
You take them in, Grandma brings them home. Each half gets its own person and its own reminder.
Rained out?
Call off one day, with a reason, and everyone who can see it gets a notification. The rest of the season stays put.
A symbol for every activity
About a hundred to choose from, soccer to swim to dance, shown on the card and in notifications.
Two cars, two kids
A pickup can need two people. Until both places are filled it still counts as open, so the nudges keep going.
In your phone’s calendar too
Subscribe from Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar and the rides sit next to everything else.
Kid Pickup doesn’t connect to team apps. Add each season once as a repeating pickup.
Posted. Claimed. Done.
Three steps, and a name on every pickup.

Posted
Add the pickup: which kid, when, where. Everyone in your circle gets a notification and sees it on the calendar, marked open.

Claimed
Grandma taps I’ll do it. Now it has her name on it, and you and the other parents get a notification that it’s covered.

Reminded and done
Grandma gets a reminder before she leaves. And while nobody has claimed it, the app sends the parents a nudge the day before, three hours out and two hours out.
Questions parents ask
Can each kid have a different schedule?
Yes. Every pickup has its own child or children, time and place, and each child has their own colour and avatar on the calendar.
What about a carpool with another family?
Invite the other family’s parent as a helper. They see the pickups that are theirs or still open and take the ones they’re driving. Kid Pickup isn’t a rota for a whole team; for that, compare the carpool apps.
Does the coach or the team need the app?
No. Only your family and the people you invite use it.
