How to choose who can change pickups

Only the family owner chooses. Open your family’s page, tap the parent or guardian, and tap the card showing what they can do. Choose Can change any pickup, Can change their own pickups or Can’t change pickups. Everyone can still take pickups on at every level.

Who can do this

The family owner, for parents and guardians. Grandparents and helpers can never change pickups.

Step by step

To open your family’s page, tap your family’s picture and name at the top of Home.
Under Parents & Guardians, tap the person.
Tap the card that shows what they can do with pickups.
Choose Can change any pickup, Can change their own pickups or Can’t change pickups.

What happens next

It takes effect straight away. Nobody gets a notification.

Good to know

New parents and guardians start at Can change any pickup, which is how most two-parent homes work.
You can also choose when you invite them, under Pickups.
At every level they can still take a pickup on, let it go, say no and mark it done.
