How to sign in, reset your password, or sign out
Tap Sign in and use your email and password, Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password?, enter your email, and type the code we send you with a new password. To sign out, open Settings and tap Log Out.

Step by step
Open Kid Pickup and tap Sign in.
Enter your Email and Password and tap Sign In, or use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, whichever you signed up with.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password?, enter your email and tap Send Code.
Type the 6-digit code from the email and your new password twice, and tap Reset Password.
To sign out: open Settings and, under Account, tap Log Out.
Good to know
- Not sure how you signed up? Settings shows “Signed in with Apple”, “Google” or “Email” under your name.
- Apple and Google accounts have no password, so use the same button you signed up with.
- The reset code works for 15 minutes.
