How to set reminders before a pickup

In the pickup form, under Reminders, tap 15 min, 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour. You can choose more than one. The reminder goes to whoever has said “I’ll do it”, like “Pickup in 30 minutes: Lily at 3:30 PM, Oakwood.”

Set by whoever adds or edits the pickup. Sent to whoever is doing it.

Step by step

In the form, scroll to Reminders.
Tap 15 min, 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour. 30 minutes is on to start with; tap more to add them.
Tap one again to turn it off.
Save the pickup.

What happens next

Whoever is doing it gets “Pickup in 30 minutes”, with the children, the time and the place. A drop-off and pickup gets one for each half.

Good to know

A pickup nobody has taken yet gets the “nobody has this yet” nudges instead.
Reminders only arrive if notifications are allowed for Kid Pickup on that phone.
