How to use the Events tab and the Activity list
The Events tab lists everything coming up, grouped by day, with who has each one; tap Past to look back. The bell at the top right opens Activity: every change and update in the family. A dot on the Events tab means there’s news about a pickup still to come.

Who can do this
Everyone in the family. Grandparents and sitters see only what they’re allowed to see.
Step by step
Open the Events tab. Parents and guardians see the To do card at the top.
Under Upcoming, pickups and events are grouped by Today, Tomorrow and then by date, each saying who has it.
Tap Past to see what’s done or called off, newest first.
Tap any card to open it.
Tap the bell at the top right of any screen to open Activity. Tap Mark all as read, or just leave: leaving reads everything.
Good to know
- The dot on the Events tab only counts news about pickups that aren’t over yet, so it means something needs a look.
- At the top of Activity, What’s new lists the latest changes to the app.
