How to add emergency contacts and saved places
Open your family’s page. For a contact, tap Emergency Contacts, then the +, fill in the name, phone and type, and tap Add Contact. For a place, tap the + beside Locations, choose a category, add the name and address, and tap Save Location.

Who can do this
The family owner, parents and guardians add them. Everyone in the family can see the emergency contacts.
Step by step
To open your family’s page, tap your family’s picture and name at the top of Home.
Under Quick Actions, tap Emergency Contacts, then the round + at the bottom right.
Fill in Name and Phone, choose a Type (Doctor, Hospital, School, Daycare, Family or Other), add notes if you like, and tap Add Contact.
For a place: back on the family page, tap the + beside Locations.
Choose a Category, type the Name and Address, add a phone or notes like a gate code if you like, and tap Save Location.
Good to know
- Tapping a contact’s number calls it, which is handy at the school gate.
- A place you type into the pickup form is saved for next time too.
