How to call off one day, and put it back on

Open the pickup and tap Cancel just this day (or Cancel this pickup for a one-off). Pick a reason like Weather if you like, and tap Call it off. It stays on the calendar as cancelled, and everyone involved is told. Tap Put it back on to undo it.

Who can do this

The family owner, and parents and guardians the owner lets change that pickup.

Step by step

Open the pickup and tap Cancel just this day, or Cancel this pickup if it doesn’t repeat.
Choose a reason if you like: Weather, Someone’s unwell or Plans changed.
Tap Call it off, or Keep it to change your mind.
To undo it, open it again and tap Put it back on.

What happens next

Everyone who can see it, starting with whoever had it, gets “Called off: Ash cancelled the pickup for Lily on Saturday. Weather.”
Putting it back on tells them “Back on”, and gives it back to whoever had it.

Good to know

It only ever affects one day. To stop a series, delete it and choose which days.
A pickup link already sent for that day stops working.
