How to have one person do the drop-off and another the pickup

In the pickup form, choose Both, set the times and places, and turn on A different person for each. Choose who does the drop-off and who does the pick-up, then tap Create Event. It’s saved as two pickups, each with its own person and reminders.

Anyone who can add pickups. Only when adding a new one.

Step by step

In the form, set Event type to Both, and fill in the times and places.
Turn on A different person for each.
Under Who does the drop-off?, choose Anyone, Me or a name.
Under Who does the pick-up?, do the same.
Tap Create Event.

What happens next

You’ll see two cards on the day: a drop-off and a pick-up.
Each named person is asked to accept or decline their half. Choosing Me makes it yours straight away.

Good to know

Only offered on a new pickup. To split one you already have, delete it and add it again this way.
