How to comment and react on posts

Under a post, tap Comment to open it, type in Write a comment and tap send. To react, tap the smiley and choose one of eight emoji. To react to a comment, hold it and pick from the row. Tap your reaction again to take it off.

Step by step

Under a post, tap Comment (or “2 comments”).
Type in Write a comment and tap the send arrow.
To react to the post, tap the smiley and pick ❤️ 👍 👎 😂 😮 😢 🙏 or 🎉.
To react to a comment, hold it, then pick from the row.
To delete or report a comment, hold it and tap … at the end of the row.

What happens next

The person who wrote the post gets a notification about a new comment. Nobody else does.
Reactions never send a notification.
