How to change your avatar and the family’s picture
For your own avatar, open Settings and tap your avatar or Change avatar, then pick one: it saves straight away. For the family’s picture, open your family’s page and tap the big picture at the top, marked with a pencil, then choose one.

Who can do this
Everyone can change their own avatar. The family picture is the owner’s or a parent’s to change.
Step by step
Your avatar: open Settings. Settings opens from your own picture at the top left of the screen.
Tap your avatar or Change avatar, and pick one. Aa uses your initials. It saves as you tap; tap Done to close.
The family picture: To open your family’s page, tap your family’s picture and name at the top of Home.
Tap the big picture at the top, with the pencil on it, and choose one. Tap the house to go back to the default.
Good to know
- The family picture shows on the family chat and on the invitation people get to join you.
- Your avatar is what the family sees on your posts, your messages, and the pickups you’ve taken.
